Our clear green tea is interplanted with peach and apricot trees for shade, so takes on some of these subtle flavours.

Brewing tips

• rinse the leaves with a little hot water to reduce the caffeine content and remove any bitter flavours before filling the pot with water ‘just off the boil’ for a perfect cup
• keep infusing the same leaves all day for the full benefits
• place the water in a glass, add the tea and watch the leaves gently uncurl
