Seasonal (christmas) Garden Centre Assistant - Part Time - Radway Bridge Garden Centre
Here at Radway Bridge Garden Centre & Country Stores we have the position of Seasonal Garden Centre Assistant available.
The role will require working weekends with some availability for working in the week also.
ROLE DUTIES:
- Use of the the till epos systems to serve customers.
- Dealing with customer queries and steering towards the appropriate member of staff where necessary.
- Answering and dealing with customer telephone enquiries.
- Reporting any issues or problems to your line manager immediately that cannot be resolved by yourself.
- The role is a versatile role which will include working across the whole store and assisting customers with carrying to their car.
- Assisting with any christmas events we have going on on the festive season.
Essential Skills
- Must be reliable
- Good time management.
- Experience of working in a retail environment.
- Experience of working in a customer facing environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent IT skills
- The ability to work in a busy role and be flexible and self-motivated
- Be physically fit to assist customers with loading their cars

This role is a seasonal role until 4th January 2026
