Seasonal (christmas) Garden Centre Assistant - Part Time - Radway Bridge Garden Centre

Here at Radway Bridge Garden Centre & Country Stores we have the position of Seasonal Garden Centre Assistant available.

The role will require working weekends with some availability for working in the week also.

 

ROLE DUTIES:

  • Use of the the till epos systems to serve customers.
  • Dealing with customer queries and steering towards the appropriate member of staff where necessary.
  • Answering and dealing with customer telephone enquiries.
  • Reporting any issues or problems to your line manager immediately that cannot be resolved by yourself.
  • The role is a versatile role which will include working across the whole store and assisting customers with carrying to their car.
  • Assisting with any christmas events we have going on on the festive season.

 

Essential Skills

  • Must be reliable
  • Good time management.
  • Experience of working in a retail environment.
  • Experience of working in a customer facing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • The ability to work in a busy role and be flexible and self-motivated
  • Be physically fit to assist customers with loading their cars

This role is a seasonal role until 4th January 2026
